When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be shipped (7 working days during holidays and extreme weather disturbances).
The following are the estimated delivery dates for regular mail:
North America (US, Canada, Mexico): 15-20 working days
South America: 20-25 working days
Australia & New Zealand: 15-20 working days
Europe: 20-25 working days
Asia-Pacific: 15-20 working days
Please allow 10-20 more woking days during peak/holiday season. Kindly note that tracking starts once you have received an email confirming dispatch.
Is EXPRESS shipping available?
Sorry, at the moment there is no available express shipping available.
Will I pay international taxes, duties, etc?
Depending on your country, your package may be subject to customs charges. It will be a percentage based on the amount of goods that you will receive. Please be aware of your country's customs charges before placing an order so that you can account for it ahead of time. Unpaid customs charges will lead to your package being mailed back to me.
Where are you located?
We ship all orders from the Philippines.

Are the stickers waterproof?
Yes, all stickers currently listed are waterproof and can be applied on drinking bottles.
How do I make my stickers last as long as possible?
Stickers work best on smooth (non textured), flat surfaces. Make sure to wipe the area clean and dry before applying it.

How do I make changes to an order that I have already placed?

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, due to production and shipping costs, all items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable and are considered as final sale.
